During this 4-hour workshop we will explore the sensual, erotic, emotional language of your unique body as a means to unlock fuller self-expression.

WHERE: San Francisco, CA

During this workshop, you will:

  • Explore authentic embodied eroticism through sensual movement and dance

  • Practice opening to more pleasure and desire in your body

  • Draw out your erotic essence using music and sound

  • Embody a variety of archetypes to inspire and expand your range of expression

  • Play with body adornment as a pathway to fuller expression

  • Embody and express the present mood of your erotic essence

  • Experience feeling seen and celebrated in the fullness of your erotic expression

  • Practice embodied relational communication

  • Learn to move and dance as a sacred offering

  • Experience the magic that unfolds when women gather

Additionally, you will receive. . .

  • Two 30-minute 1:1 calls with Ali before and after the workshop (optional)

  • A small video library of foundational movements to practice ahead of time

This is a “grounded” movement experience, meaning there will be no poles. Heels and other body adornments are welcome. More about what to bring will be provided prior to the workshop.

Monetary Investment: $189

*You will need to bring your own mat. While a yoga mat or two may be sufficient, a thicker, softer mat is recommended for more pleasurable support. The mat Ali uses comes in a delightful variety of colors and can be found here.
